SALT Waterfront Restaurant is located inside University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science (RSMAS). The inside dining area can hold 205 people and the outside veranda overlooking the Biscayne Bay can hold another 105 guests (total sq.ft is 3048). Located within the restaurant is the bar known as The Wetlab. Newly renovated in 2017, with an incredible ocean view all around, new floors, bar and ceiling we are ready to host your next special event.
